Interestingly, Ukrainian brands are showing strong interest in expanding into Poland, driven by growing consumer demand.

Example: Lviv Croissants (Львівські круасани)

I had a conversation with a representative from the Ukrainian chain Lviv Croissants, who shared their expansion plans in Poland. They already have 10 locations across the country, with the 11th one opening soon.

Their franchise offer includes an initial fee of €10,000 and a 3% royalty from turnover — a very competitive package for the Polish market.

Other Franchises at the Expo

There were also established Polish brands at the expo, like Sushi Story and One by One. These franchises operate in the food service and fashion sectors, respectively.

For instance, Sushi Story requires an investment of around €30,000 to open a location, which includes all necessary expenses.
