Welcome and Brief Overview
Hello! Today, in our podcast, Stanislav and I will take an interesting retrospective look at how business in Poland has changed our lives over the last ten years. We’ll explore how entrepreneurship in Poland gave us confidence in the future, and discuss the skills and experiences we gained along the way.
How Business in Poland Strengthened Our Confidence in the Future
One of the biggest changes business in Poland brought was a sense of control over our lives. When you start to understand how business works, you realize that you are working to create real value.
At the heart of any business are three key components: attracting customers, converting them into sales, and fulfilling obligations to them. These elements, like atoms, can be combined and structured to build a successful business in Poland. This eliminates the fear of poverty and gives confidence that you can build a successful business regardless of the circumstances.
Entrepreneurship: More Than Just Business
From my experience working in Poland, I’ve come to understand that the word “entrepreneurship” holds more significance for me than “business.” Entrepreneurship places more emphasis on self-employment and expert work.
It’s not just about working with clients, but also about creating a system that supports your business. For example, in our podcast with Dmitry Borisov, we discussed how important it is to define the role you want to play in a business to avoid burnout and maintain motivation.
The Value of Time: An Invaluable Resource
Another important lesson I learned thanks to business in Poland is the ability to value time. Time is the only resource that cannot be bought back.
In our business, we learned to sell our time, as well as use other specialists’ time wisely. This understanding became particularly important when we were working at full capacity.
I began to appreciate every minute spent with my family, realizing that time cannot be bought. Thus, business in Poland taught me to save not only my own time but also others’.
Exploring Niche Opportunities in Poland: Experience and Success
We also explored several niches in business in Poland. Our first team worked in digital marketing, where at our peak, we had about ten employees.
However, when we transitioned into the consulting business, which involves company registration and payroll services for entrepreneurs in Poland, the number of employees decreased, but our income increased several times.
This transition made me realize the importance of making a conscious choice of niche and understanding where you can truly add value.
Shifting Perceptions of People Through Business Experience
Thanks to business in Poland, my perception of people changed. At first, I blindly believed in the kindness of everyone, but over time, I realized that it’s important to apply the system of “verify, but trust.”
Living in Warsaw, I was able to see different realities: for example, in one business space, some people are ready to help and collaborate, while others can be quite unfriendly.
The ability to distinguish between people and their intentions became an important skill for successfully running a business in Poland.
Success and Quality of Life: Important Indicators
For me, success is not only about financial achievements but also the quality of life. I came to understand that I am truly happy when I do what I want, not what I have to.
Achievements should be measured not by the amount of money but by the states of happiness and satisfaction. Thanks to business in Poland, I began to consider this in my life.
Conclusion: Lessons Learned and Reconsidering Life’s Values
Finally, the results of my entrepreneurship in Poland have changed my attitude toward deeper aspects of life, including the value of education and the possibility of building a family based on shared business values.
My brother and I created a family business structure where respect and acceptance are more important than individual projects.
Thanks to our journey in business in Poland, I have learned to accept the world in its diversity and differences, and this experience has defined who I am today.
We are happy to share our thoughts in this podcast and hope that our experience will help you on your journey in business in Poland.
