Step 1. Interview with a company representative to confirm the potential franchisee’s eligibility and understanding of the key principles of the franchise.

Step 2. Interview with the franchise management. At this stage, the franchisee can ask any questions of interest and choose a location for the future store from three offered options.

Step 3. Training at a Żabka training store lasting from 12 to 14 days. During this time, the franchisee will learn the business model and rules of cooperation with the Żabka network.

Step 4. Preparing the store for opening by arranging products, submitting license applications, preparing documents, etc.

Step 5. Registering the business, signing the contract, and making final preparations for the store opening.

Summary

Owning a Żabka store is an interesting business idea, but not always a guarantee of success. In today’s challenging market conditions, any store, including Żabka, can go bankrupt, which means a real risk for franchisees to be left with debts if their store fails. A further challenge is the necessity of having management skills, the ability to lead employees, and the foresight to see the store’s development potential.

In conclusion, despite the fact that anyone can become a Żabka franchisee, this job is not for everyone. People with analytical and organizational skills, a strong business sense, and the ability to interact with others will likely appreciate this opportunity. However, if you lack these traits, it is better to search for other opportunities for your own business, especially since there are indeed many in Poland!
