Articles of Association in a Polish Company – What Is It and How Is It Drafted?

Business

The Articles of Association is the first document that marks the beginning of business operations in Poland. In fact, it establishes the creation of a legal entity and fully characterizes it.

There are two options for creating the Articles of Association in a Polish company:

  1. Agreement Based on a Template from the Ministry of Justice Website
This agreement is created online by selecting from available options and entering information into specific fields. This “document builder” is user-friendly and easy to work with.

  2. Agreement in the Form of a Notarial Deed
This option is more suitable for business owners who are contributing not only money but also other material and intangible assets to the business, or if the agreement requires specific provisions. This method is more complex and requires legal knowledge.
